This classic Muskoka cottage has been in the family since 1945. Lenelric cottage is a well-cared-for cottage with soothing views of the lake, great sunsets and south/southwest exposure. The property is level with a mix of trees and open spaces offering both a mix of sun and shade. If you prefer simplicity and a no-fuss holiday for your cottage vacation this is a great fit. The interior of the cottage has three bedrooms, two with double beds, while the third features a newly upgraded pair of twin beds. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Another perk at this charming cottage are the recently updated sofa and chairs in the spacious living room area that offers a place for everyone to gather. The lake-facing, screened porch is a terrific spot to enjoy a morning coffee, or curl up in the reading corner with your highly anticipated summer read. In the cheerful kitchen there is a small table with seating for two with a dining table in the side porch that seats six. The large screened porch wraps around half of the cottage, with splendid views of beautiful Pine Lake.
This little piece of heaven waterfront cottage provides a shallow entrance at the shoreline for swimmers. There is a 22 foot dock in shallow water, appropriate for docking a either a canoe, kayak or small aluminum boat, or just for relaxing at the water's edge - listening to the gentle waves lap against the shore while enjoying the exquisite sunsets. The property is ideal for outdoor activities such as croquet, volleyball or badminton.
The cottage is conveniently located just four miles from Gravenhurst. The lake is divided into three parts, and this cottage is located in the first part of the lake. Children must be 10 years of age or older to stay at this cottage.
**Check-in: after 4:00pm and Check-out: before 10:00am
**Vacationer supplies all their own linens: Pillows, blankets, sheets and pillowcases + Inside towels, kitchen towels and beach towels. Please inquire about other arrangements.
