This cottage is located on Pine Lake near Gravenhurst. The Osprey
Point Cottage is a two-bedroom cottage with double beds. The
bedrooms are quite small, but the master bedroom has a nice view of
Pine Lake, with French doors opening to the deck.
The entire cottage has been renovated over the past ten years. The
front is fitted with seven French doors, which give you a
breathtaking view of Pine Lake. The interior of the cottage has a
brand new kitchen with ceramic counter tops and a ceramic floor. The
whole kitchen and living area is open concept. The bathroom has a
brand new shower, sink, and toilet.
Limestone steps take you down to the waterfront where there is a
floating dock. There is no sandy beach, but the water is very
shallow, good for swimming with a sand bottom. A lovely new deck is
cantilevered over the water and has a ladder going into the water. A
variety of water toys are available at a nearby marina for a
reasonable rate. The closest neighbour is located across the lake.
This is the perfect getaway.
