Location: Lake Vernon, Huntsville, Ontario.
Vernon Narrows Chalet offers 70 kilometers of waterway for boating
on Penn Lake, Mary Lake, Fairy Lake, and Lake Vernon, and launch
facilities minutes away at Avery Beach. The dock has mooring whips
for boats up to eighteen feet and a large deck at the water for
relaxing in the sun after a swim or for just watching the boats go
by. For fishing, there's a variety of pike, bass and lake trout.
You'll also enjoy a trip to town in your boat for either shopping or
dining or both.
This white pine log home has 3 bedrooms in the main upper level and
2 bedrooms in the lower self-contained area. One bedroom has a queen
bed, while the other has a double. This lower level opens out to the
lake and features its own complete kitchen, a 4 piece bathroom, and
a living and dining area.
The main level is open-concept with a natural pine log interior and
gas fireplace and a beautiful pine dining table to seat 8 to 10.
Double French doors open into the games room where an air hockey
game awaits and lots of board games and children's videos for family
evenings or those rainy days. The master bedroom on this level has
its own sink and a queen-sized bed. The 2 loft bedrooms have an
adjoining 1 piece bathroom with a sink in each bedroom also. These
bedrooms have a queen and a twin bed in one and 2 double beds in the
other.
Vernon Narrows Chalet is located on a sunny, grassy lot, treed on
both sides offering some privacy. It is a short drive by boat or car
to Huntsville. A perfect setting for a multi-family vacation.
