and well
maintained, this cottage has all you need for a comfortable stay. It is suitable for two couples, or one couple with one or two children.
The property is flat, with sandy, gently sloping access to a clean lake. There are two bedrooms - one with a queen-sized bed, and one with a double. The kitchen is well equipped with all of the necessary items. A paddleboat and canoe are available for your use.
The cottage is located at the edge of the town of Kearney, on Perry Lake. The lake boasts six miles of boating and GREAT fishing, with its connection to three other lakes and the Magnetawan River. A boat launch is located close to the cottage.
World famous Algonquin Provincial Park’s Rain Lake canoe access is close by, and the cross-Canada Trans Canada Trail system is on your doorstep. Arrowhead Provincial Park and the multi-use Seguin Trail are also nearby. The town of Kearney, one kilometre from the cottage, has a general store with movie rentals, liquor store, gas station, and dry land marina for fishing boat and other rentals.
