Location:  Bass Lake, near Foot's Bay and Port Carling, Ontario.


This attractive Bass Lake three-bedroom cottage (plus loft) is located 10 minutes from Port Carling. It sits on a nicely treed lot with good shoreline and the property gets the sun all day.

The cottage is pine finished with hardwood floors. One of the highlights of this wonderful spot on Bass Lake is the large great room with its vaulted ceilings and wonderful view of the lake. The family room located on the lower level boasts a wonderful stone fireplace and satellite television. 

The fully equipped kitchen at this location has an open concept where you will find a dishwasher to help make clean up easier. The dining room is located adjacent to the kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer available for your use.

There are three bedrooms and a loft and the sleeping accommodations consist of three queen size beds and three single beds.  Two of the bedrooms offer a great view of the lake and with the eastern exposure, you are sure to enjoy the sunrises here.

There is extensive decking that wraps around the cottage and it has latched gates to provide extra safety for youngsters. The entrance into the water is shallow and at the end of the dock the water is deep enough to jump in. Down at the dock you will find a canoe and paddleboat to explore Bass Lake.

If you enjoy boating on the larger lakes, the Lake Joseph boat launch is conveniently located right across Highway 169, not far from the cottage.

Winter is especially fabulous! With its fireplace, cedar interior, and comfortable furniture, the cozy ambiance makes a welcome retreat after a day in the snow. Speaking of snow, there is something for everybody: Hop onto your snowmobile to enjoy the great snowmobile trails that can be found at the end of the road, a short distance away. If downhill skiing is your thing, it is only a 40-minute drive to Moonstone for ski fun. Or you can enjoy cross-country skiing - there are many ski areas locally. For a lovely after-ski dinner, the popular Bass Lake Restaurant is only five minutes away from the cottage - they're known for great food and atmosphere.  Or what about trying your luck at ice fishing!

$2,410 per week during high-season (Fourth Saturday of June to the day after Labour Day)
$2,410 per week during Christmas and New Year's.
$1,680 per week during off-season.
$1,240 per long weekend during holidays.
$815 per weekend during Winter and off-season.  $250 for each additional night.
$600 refundable security deposit required.
