Enjoy the private Algonquin Park-like setting at Roly's Rest Cottage. This quaint, rustic two-bedroom cottage offers a fabulous view of Tasso Lake. Dine on the screened-in porch or in the open-concept living area, both overlooking the tranquility of this peaceful setting where the call of the loon echoes.

Two bedrooms, with two single beds in one and a double bed in the other, will accommodate your four-some very comfortably. Additional sleeping accommodations can be met on the single futon or the double pull out couch in the living room.

The lake is only steps away. There is a diving platform out in the deeper water for the swimmers in your group, or you can wade into the shallow water at the shore, beside the long dock. Take the canoe or rowboat and explore the many quiet bays of Tasso Lake, where you will see the resident moose on occasion, and the many other varieties of wildlife that being so close to Algonquin Park offers.

A tiny island just off the shore from the cottage makes a great destination for the young ones to explore. If you travel further a field you can explore the waterway that leads to Camp Lake (with a short portage at the end of the river) or down Tasso Creek to look for wildlife or good fishing holes.

This cottage is partially wheelchair accessible and pet friendly. It is a perfect holiday for those interested in returning to and enjoying nature.
