Location: Bay Lake, near Huntsville, Ontario.

"Sittin' on the dock of the bay..."

This beautiful, three bedroom cottage features maple hardwood floors, pine walls, pine cathedral ceilings and pine wainscoting on the main level. There is a spacious, well equipped, oak kitchen with a center island and bar stools, a large dining area, a four piece bathroom and a large sunken living area with leather furniture and a walkout to a large elevated deck with beautiful views.

The lower level features three generously sized bedrooms with carpeted floors, the master bedroom shares a semi-ensuite to the oversized four piece bathroom and there is a rec. room with parquet flooring and an air hockey table for you to enjoy. Down here you will also find a futon, TV with a VCR and DVD player.

The backyard is level and has a fire pit and lots of space for running around.

This cottage is an excellent year round retreat. It is only 15 minutes from Huntsville and perfect for the winter sportsman as it is located directly on the OFSC snowmobile trail!

Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms.

Bed sizes: Master bedroom has a Queen bed, Second bedroom has a bunk bed (double on bottom and single on top) and a single bed. Third bedroom has a Queen bed and a crib.

Linens: Please bring your own linens and towels.

Bathrooms (#): 2 bathrooms - Both are four-piece.

Entertainment: Television, satellite and air hockey table.

Telephone & Internet: A phone is available for local calls only.

Outdoor Furnishings: BBQ, patio table and four chairs, chaise lounge and Muskoka chairs.

Waterfront: Steep slope to a shallow entry on Bay Lake. Edge of water is rocky.

$1,225 per week July and August (Fourth Saturday of June to the day after Labour Day).
$800 per week off-season.
$900 per week in winter.
$550 three night weekend

$600 refundable security deposit required.
