Mark's Hideaway is a comfortable, three-bedroom cottage just north of Huntsville, with a large lot, spacious interior, and lovely shallow waterfront. 

The interior of the cottage boasts a large, open-concept living area, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen.  A door leads off the kitchen to access the screened-in porch. This  porch provides a lovely space in which to sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee, the cooling afternoon breezes, and a good view of the lake.   Patio doors off the main living area lead to a deck that extends across the front of the cottage and faces the lake.  This will become a favourite spot in which to relax in the swinging chair or chaise lounge while supper is being prepared on the gas barbeque.

Three bedrooms are accessed from the end of living area.  The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the second a double, and the third has a bunk bed with double bed below and single above.  There is one three-piece bathroom with a shower.

At the front of the cottage, steps lead down a gradual slope to the lake.  The depth of the water is very shallow for a long way out, and the bottom of the lake is firm and sandy.  There is a second wooden deck area at the waterfront, and here a table, chairs and umbrella provide a place to watch while the children wade in the water or play with the water toys that are provided with the cottage.  Behind the cottage, there is a fire pit , picnic tables, and a horse shoe pit.

There is plenty to keep the family busy and happy at this spacious, private cottage.

$1,150 per week during July and August (Fourth Saturday of June to the day after Labour Day)
