Location: Lake Muskoka, Near Gravenhurst, Ontario.

This beautiful luxury cottage is located in the heart of Muskoka, 10 minutes from the town of Gravenhurst. Everything needed for a wonderful vacation is provided so relaxation can be at the top of the vacation check list.

At the entrance of the cottage is a foyer with a two-piece bathroom as well as a laundry room. The living room and dining room are open concept with the kitchen open as well, off the dining room. The high vaulted ceilings with fans throughout (including a skylight and track lighting in the kitchen) and the floor-to-ceiling windows, give the cottage a feeling of even more spaciousness. The living room will seat six comfortably, and the dining room table can seat 12 around the table, with two bench seats and eight chairs. Through sliding doors off the dining room there is a patio area with the barbeque and a table & umbrella with six chairs. This area is shaded most of the day, and will be a cool place to sit after sunning on the dock. There are also four stools at the kitchen counter for extra seating, or to have a glass of wine while chatting with the cook. The fully stocked kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, Keurig Coffee machine (please bring your own K-cups), as well as baking and serving dishes.

On the main floor there are three bedrooms. The first features a double and a small balcony with a view to the lake. The second bedroom has two double beds, and the third bedroom on this floor has a single and a set of bunk beds with a double on the bottom and a single on the top. All bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep the air circulating and cool. There is a four piece bathroom on this floor as well, with double sinks.

On the lower floor there are two more bedrooms, one with a set of bunk beds, again double on the bottom and single on top, and the next bedroom has a double bed. The living area on the lower floor has seating for 10 to 11, as well as a games table with seating for six. There is an older TV set and a DVD player on this floor, but bring you own DVD's. There is no TV reception in the cottage. The bathroom on this floor is a three-piece with a shower.

In the loft upstairs is a large, exquisite bedroom with a four piece ensuite bathroom and again a small balcony off the bedroom. This bedroom has a queen size bed (and a single for the child who likes to be near their parents), and a view over the downstairs living room and through the windows a view to the lake.

Outside, take a stroll down the gentle slope to the fire pit with 5 Muskoka chairs, a lounger and a hammock at the back of the boathouse. Here is the lovely beach with a gradual entry with a hard sand bottom just perfect for the children in your family. After about 15 feet, the water depth gets quite deep and there are a few weeds over by the boathouse in the deeper water. The dock and beach get sun for most of the day, and a 20 ft. boat can be docked with no problem. There is good privacy on the lawn and the beach, sheltered from the neighbours by a natural tree line. There is a stand up paddle board, a kayak, a three person floating tube and another type of water toy that will fit three people, for water fun. The view from the dock is magnificent and you can watch the steamships, the Wenohah II, the RMS Segwun or the Wanda II, ply the waters just as they must have in years gone by.
