Guests entering this lake house are greeted by a large, open concept living space, meticulously designed with charming interior décor and a bright, transitional styles that encapsulates a modern atmosphere that will leave guests feeling related, and at home.
In the main room, a fully equipped kitchen offers a stove with oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and plenty of serving bowls and baking dishes, ensuring everything that may be needed is readily available to prepare a meal. A bar counter offers seating for three, perfect for serving drinks or adult socializing. Additionally, find a dining table in the main living space with seating for up to eight guests, ensure all guests can be seated comfortably.
Across from the kitchen, two couches are situated across from each other, next to a large window offering views of the property and water. Uniquely placed, these couches are ideal for a family game night, or lower key activities such as curling up with a book or watching a sunset across the lake.
At the end of the hall, the master bedroom can be found. This spacious room spans the width of the house, offering a king size bed, large closet area, reading corner and a private, 4pc ensuite. Should it be needed, this could can also be folded out to a queen-sized, pull-out bed, offering sleeping accommodations for an additional two guests.
In the back yard, a stone patio is available for guests wanting to optimize their time outdoors. With a propane BBQ, and an outdoor dining table with seating accommodations for six, guests can enjoy privacy, while being surrounded by flawless landscaping, and bright flowery gardens. Experience many of the nearby parks and recreational hiking trails that offer the ideal experience to witness the fall colours in their prime. In the winter, enjoy activities such as ice fishing, or snowmobiling on Lake Simcoe.
