This large, open, and level two-acre lot provides plenty of outdoor opportunities for the entire family. At the water, discover a private sandy beach with low slopes and shallow entry. Also serving as a boat ramp, this beach makes launching personal watercraft easy and accessible. A large 3X20 foot dock means you can store your personal watercraft safely while providing additional area for swimming and water activities. A large yard makes outdoor games easy, while the surrounding forest offers the ideal opportunity to get outdoors and explore.
Country Club provides plenty of space for a large family group while still offering plenty of privacy for individual families or guests.
Cottage One, Main Cottage
Situated nearest the water, find Cottage One, the main cottage. Featuring 1200 square feet of living space, this cottage offers three bedrooms all with queen beds, and one four-piece bathroom. An open concept living space offers two chairs and a couch surrounding a large 50” Smart TV. A kitchen overlooking the living area presents a stove with oven, fridge, microwave, drip coffee maker, kettle, and plenty of serving and baking dishes. With a screened-in room overlooking the lake along with an eight-person dining table, there is plenty of space for family and friends to gather.
Cottage Two
Cottage Two presents 1000 square feet of living space. With three bedrooms this cottage provides sleeping accommodation for an additional six guests: with two rooms presenting a queen bed and the third presenting a double. This cottage also provides a two-piece bathroom and a large open concept living space. A kitchen includes an oven with stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, kettle, and plenty of serving bowls and baking dishes. This cottage also offers a dining table for six, along with a small deck overlooking the lake with two chairs and a table. Both cottages have a BBQ with propane provided.
Cottage Three, Garage/Games Room
The 3000-square-foot, building number three provides additional sleeping accommodation for another four guests in a private upstairs living space. Two bedrooms are available, both with double beds. Find a small kitchenette with fridge and an oven with stove. Downstairs there is a three-piece bathroom with walk-in shower. The games room is the perfect place to gather for an evening of entertainment. With a life-size golf simulator, billiard table and ping pong table, and plenty of board games all available for guest use, there is no shortage of activities for everybody.
Additional amenities include high-speed, unlimited internet access, available across the property. In addition, a paddleboat and kayak are available for guest use. The property also presents an outdoor firepit with firewood provided.
Situated in the Almaguin Highlands just north of Muskoka, there are plenty of local attractions to explore. Only 30 minutes away, explore the Screaming Heads of Midlothian in gorgeous Burks Falls. Head south and discover many of the shopping, and culinary delights found in Huntsville, or take a day trip and explore one of Ontario’s many Provincial Parks that dot the surrounding area.

**Linen packages are not available for this cottage. Vacationers must supply their own sheets, pillowcases and towels, including towels for the kitchen and beach.
**Paper products: The cottage will provide enough to get you started, but vacationers must supply their own, including toilet paper and paper towels.
**Adult life jackets are supplied. Vacationers must bring their own children's life jackets due to safety and liability concerns
