Set in the heart of Muskoka this charming, newly built cottage is the ideal place to unwind and connect with family and friends. Cool off in the quiet waters of this tucked-away bay and enjoy the spectacular sunsets on the dock.

This spacious cottage has three bedrooms plus a roomy loft. It features a great room with 30-foot floor to ceiling windows, satellite Smart TV and a wood-burning fireplace. There is a fully outfitted kitchen with all the amenities of home, including stainless appliances. 

There are three bedrooms on the main level. The master bedroom offers a queen bed as well as a three-piece ensuite washroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has a double bed. All bedrooms have beautiful hardwood floors and double closets. The upstairs loft has a daybed. The cottage also has 3 bathrooms for added convenience.

The grand dining table seats eight people and the open-concept kitchen, with it's large island, has three bar stools. If eating outside is preferred, the screened room just off the kitchen has seating for eight people and the expansive deck, that runs the length of the cottage with lake views, has a patio table with six patio chairs and five Muskoka chairs.

Downstairs, the cool, walk-out basement features a large sectional sofa and a cupboard chock full of board games and puzzles for all to enjoy.  On this level there is also a Foosball table and a satellite TV with DVD player.

On the path down to the water, a large open firepit with lots of seating, is a great evening gathering spot, under the starry sky.

The sunny, newly installed, T-shaped dock has four Muskoka chairs for relaxing in the open air,  while the kids play in the shallow waters. There is also a paddleboat and a canoe for water adventures.

Loose Moose cottage is an ideal setting to drop day-to-day cares and concerns.

**Check-in: after 4:00pm and Check-out: before 10:00am

**Linen packages are available for this cottage, but vacationers are welcome to supply their own. A linen package includes sheets, pillowcases and towels for indoor use. The price for this will be shown as an option in the booking request form. 

**Paper products: The cottage will provide enough to get you started, but vacationers must supply their own, including toilet paper and paper towels.

**Firewood not provided.  Please buy locally to avoid bringing diseased wood into the area. 

**Some adult life jackets are supplied. Vacationers must bring their own children's life jackets due to safety and liability concerns.

**Wood burning indoor fireplaces are out of order from May-Sept
