Located less than two hours from Toronto, this newly renovated, air-conditioned cottage, offers a classic cottage getaway. With three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, this cottage welcomes up to six guests to enjoy a fun-filled vacation on the beautiful Lake Couchiching.

From the cottage, approximately 20 widely spaced steps lead to the water. A large dock stretches 47 feet across the shoreline and comes equipped with a ladder for easy entry. Near the dock, the water is shallow with some rocks. However, as guests wade further out, the lake bottom turns to sand. Guests can relax on the three Muskoka chairs or bench on the dock to enjoy the lake views during the day and catch gorgeous sunsets as the evening approaches.

There are a variety of water toys available for guests to explore the lake, including three kayaks and one stand-up paddle board.

The cottage features a large 25 x 30-foot deck that overlooks the lake. The deck offers plenty of seating for outdoor family gatherings with 12 chairs, two picnic tables, three Muskoka chairs, and a cushioned chair and couch. Two umbrellas are also available on the deck for some shade. 

The cottage has four bedrooms and two three-piece bathrooms. The first bedroom is located on the main floor and features a double bed, dresser, and stand-up shower with glass doors. There is a three-piece bathroom located on the main floor, near the front entrance, with a sink toilet and shower. The second bedroom is also on the main floor and is furnished with a queen bed. This second bedroom also features access to the deck with large glass doors, and a beautiful lake view. The third bedroom is located upstairs, and offers a double bed and closet space. The fourth bedroom is also located upstairs, and offers a double bed. The second three-piece bathroom is also upstairs.

The living room offers comfortable seating for six, with two leather couches. Here, large sliding glass doors offer a beautiful view of the lake. Hanging on the wall is a 60-inch smart TV also equipped with a DVD Player and movies. The cottage has unlimited internet for guest use.

The generously sized kitchen features modern, stainless-steel appliances and plenty of counter space. The kitchen also includes a wide selection of tools such as a grill master, coffee grinder, drip coffee pot, toaster, kettle, serving bowls, and baking dishes. Next to the kitchen is the dining area with a large table that can seat six people comfortably.

This cottage is located less than 15 minutes from amenities in Orillia, and less than five minutes from Casino Rama. During the summer months, Orillia hosts a variety of festivals such as the Mariposa Folk Festival, Orillia Waterfront Festival, and the Downtown Orillia Classic Car Show. F568 Lucky Charm Cottage offers the best of both worlds as a relaxing lakeside cottage while still providing the opportunity to engage in local entertainment and city amenities.

**Paper products: The cottage will provide enough to get you started, but vacationers must supply their own, including toilet paper and paper towels.

**Adult life jackets are supplied. Vacationers must bring their own children's life jackets due to safety and liability concerns.

**Linen packages are available for this cottage, but vacationers are welcome to supply their own. A linen package includes sheets, pillowcases and towels for indoor use. The price for this will be shown as an option in the booking request form.
