Welcome to Sandy Feet. This lakefront cottage country retreat offers a large sandy beach with shallow entry and accommodates up to 13 guests. This two-level cottage offers a wide range of luxury amenities including unlimited wireless internet throughout and a generator for those stubborn cottage country outages. A variety of games such as a pool table, ping pong table, and dart board offer guests multiple forms of entertainment during those rainy days. Equipped with various water toys such as two canoes, a kayak, paddle boat, paddle board and lily pad, guests can immerse themselves in the ultimate cottage experience. This stunning sandy beach offers gradual entry, perfect for all ages. The large dock offers chairs to lounge in the sun, while the children play in the shallow waters. The firepit is located just above the sandy shores, with six chairs, guests can gather for an evening fire and watch the stunning sunset with west facing views.
The cottage has five bedrooms and sleeps up to 13 guests. The main level has three bedrooms. The first bedroom (master) is equipped with a queen bed, dresser and a wardrobe. The second bedroom offers a double and single bed and closet. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a wardrobe. The lower level offers two additional bedrooms. The fourth bedroom has a single/single bunk bed, plus a single bed and nightstand, perfect room for a children’s slumber party. The fifth bedroom has a single/double bunk bed, desk, and nightstand.
In addition to the three bedrooms, the main floor offers a bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining room. The living room offers a gas fireplace, two couches, a sofa chair and ottoman. Natural light pours into the cottage from the large lakeside bay windows. The four-piece bathroom is located off the living room, this bath has shared access with the master bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen has new appliances including oven/stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, regular drip coffee maker,
The lower level boasts a games room, living room, three-piece bathroom and laundry room in addition to the two other bedrooms. The games room offers a pool table, ping pong table, dart board and table and chairs for family game night. The patio door leads to the walkout patio and access towards the lake. On the other side of this lower level there is a second living room area with two couches, a Smart TV, and another gas fireplace. Also located on this side are the two lower-level bedrooms.
The large lakeside deck offers and outdoor couch, two chairs and coffee table in addition to a BBQ for grilling the families favorite summer meal.
Local attractions include the Dorset Scenic Tower, Algonquin Park, Ragged Falls, Muskoka Heritage Place, Tree Top Trekking, and so much more! This location offers a perfect place to relax while waiting for the next cottage adventure.

**Paper products: The cottage will provide enough to get you started, but vacationers must supply their own, including toilet paper and paper towels.
**Adult life jackets are supplied. Vacationers must bring their own children's life jackets due to safety and liability concerns.
**Linen packages are available for this cottage, but vacationers are welcome to supply their own. A linen package includes sheets, pillowcases and towels for indoor use. The price for this will be shown as an option in the booking request form.
