Location: Lake Rosseau - Tobin Island, Near Port Carling, Ontari.

A true grand beauty, this gracious summer home is nestled on the shorelines of Lake Rosseau’s Tobin Island. Its peaceful lifestyle will offer you serenity with its untouched landscape. This island hosts a labyrinth of walking trails, perfect for bird watching and the smooth rocks of the shoreline create an ideal lounging location.

After a short boat ride from the mainland you will dock alongside a 65’dock. A very private location for that quiet vacation you deserve and want. Two sides of the cottage are wrapped with a screened in Muskoka Room. Perfect for early morning coffees or late evening cocktails. Once inside you will find 6 bedrooms, with 4 bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with the latest amnesties with a double filtering charcoal UV filtered water. The elegance of the dining room will be a perfect setting for those wonderful prepared meals.. Laundry room with sink, washer and dryer. Plenty of couches to snuggle on and chairs to chat on. Beautiful wood floors throughout, you will not want to leave this piece of history after experiencing what a true Muskoka vacation is and why so many people come to this area. This is a true gem.

The boat house has a kitchenette, living room and some single bunk beds and is available in the Spring and Fall. Spend a day on the outside covered dock while watching the children running and jumping off the end of the dock into 9’of cool, crystal clear water. There is a small sandy beach with some weeds between the shore and the end of the dock. You can sleep 14 at this cottage, please bring your own hub or stick to get internet, there are no TV’s or accessories at this cottage, and with so much to offer you won’t miss them at all. Boating, fishing for Walleye, Lake Trout, reading, playing some cards or doing a puzzle and please be sure on Monday night to watch the water ski show at Cleveland House...

  • $5,995 per week during high-season. The boat house not available in July and August; owner occupied. (High-Season includes Family Day Week, Victoria Day long weekend, March Break, the last full week of June to Labour Day Monday, Thanksgiving, as well as the week of Christmas and New Year's ).
  • $4,196 per week during off-season plus $650 premium for boathouse.
  • $999 per day during Holiday (3 night min) plus $500 premium for boathouse.
  • $699 per day during off-season (3 night min) plus $500 premium for boathouse.
  • $1,500 refundable security deposit required.

    The Security Deposit is held as insurance for our owners that should malicious damages occur, they will not be financially responsible. Penalties will be charged to the guest for a number of reasons, not limited to: smoking inside a cottage where smoking is prohibited, exceeding the guest limit for the cottage, leaving garbage on the property, misuse of cottage property.
  • For stays 1 week or less: $59 Accidental Damage Insurance required.

    The Accidental Damage Insurance covers any unintentional damages declared by the guest before check out.
  • For stays longer than 1 week: $75 Accidental Damage Insurance required.

    The Accidental Damage Insurance covers any unintentional damages declared by the guest before check out.
