Location: Vernon Lake, Huntsville, Ontario

Cliff View Cottage, located near the beautiful town of Huntsville, is a nice spot for families who want to be close to one of Muskoka's central areas and yet also hoping for that relaxed, cottage getaway on a peaceful lake. Vernon Lake is a prime lake for fishing, boating, swimming and simply enjoying the outdoors. The lake is only one of the great things about this property. This three-bedroom cottage sits on 7 acres of property facing north-west, offering a view of the beautiful Muskoka sunsets from its dock. Right from the kitchen, you can access walking trails or climb mountains for the nature enthusiast.

There are three bedrooms all on the main level and all equipped with queen beds. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and the third bedroom also has a crib. There is one three-piece bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances including a dishwasher and all cookware needed to prepare, cook, and serve family meals that can be enjoyed at the kitchen's island where 4 can sit, at the table for 4 or out on the large deck with seating for six. Under the deck, there is a hot tub for your enjoyment.

The living room contains a large flat screen television with comfortable seating for six people. This room contains a lovely large window facing the front deck, allowing natural light to fill the room. For winter rentals this room also contains an electric fireplace that is best enjoyed on a cold winter's night after a long snowmobile adventure through the trails that are accessible right off of the backyard. Not only is the cottage a perfect location for snowmobilers and winter lovers, it is also the best spot around for ice fishing and enjoying picturesque Canadian winters.

There is also washer and dryer in the lower level and a play area with an interesting barrel table and barrel chairs perfect for card games, puzzles and board games which are all available for cottagers to enjoy. The heated floors will keep the basement comfortable in the winter time or while playing an exciting game of foosball.

Venturing down from the cottage to the waterfront, there is a descent of approximately 300 feet where there is a small platform with a picnic table. At the waterfront, there is a dock with Muskoka chairs to enjoy the best view of sunsets. This is a great spot to sit back, relax and watch the kids swim from either the descent on the left of the dock where there is a sandy lake bottom or from the end of the dock where the water depth is approximately 6 to 7 feet.

Cliff View Cottage is one of the best winter and summer locations around. With all it has to offer in the summer, it equals in activities and comfort throughout the winter. This cottage also provides monthly rentals during the fall and winter seasons.
